Join us to experience Kangaroo Island from our perspective – on the water, and on the land. Get up close to some of our most endangered wildlife species and prepare to discover the undiscovered!
Day 1: North Coast Marine Discovery Tour
Step aboard RADIKAL, our 8-metre Zodiac rib, for an unforgettable journey along the untouched North West Coast of Kangaroo Island.
Take on the role of a citizen scientist as you explore and document the diverse, endangered wildlife that thrives along this ancient, rugged coastline. You’ll have the chance to observe Australian Sea-lions, long-nosed fur seals, dolphins, eastern osprey, white-bellied sea eagles and so much more. Along the way, learn about the area’s fascinating geology and the ongoing conservation efforts.
Weather permitting, snorkel in shallow reefs to experience the vibrant underwater ecosystem of our Great Southern Reef up close and personal.
Day 2: Kangaroo Island Land Expedition
On day two, we leave the water behind to explore some of the island’s secluded hidden gems and diverse landscapes.
Visit private sanctuaries, little-visited national parks and wilderness protection areas along the North Coast, gathering important data on vulnerable species while deepening your connection to the island’s rich biodiversity.
Help us document the abundance of the endangered Kangaroo Island Echidna, Glossy Black Cockatoo and the vulnerable Rosenberg Goanna.
With two experienced local guides, this day offers a deeper understanding of the island’s flora, fauna, and conservation significance.
This two-day journey includes all National Park fees, meals, and optional snorkel equipment. Whether you’re documenting wildlife or simply immersing yourself in Kangaroo Island’s natural beauty, the Ocean and Earth Expedition promises an unforgettable and meaningful adventure.
